Not very personable greeter and service rep. Service rep did not introduce himself. Service was surprisingly fast however. Car wash only fair. Other dealership staff did not go out of their way to speak as did not introduce himself. Service was surprisingly fast however. Car wash only fair. Santerria & Norman took care of me from the time I stepped foot into the dealership even up until today. Ive purchased my vehicle on Monday and my Santerria is still working hard to make sure that my stepped foot into the dealership even up until today. Ive purchased my vehicle on Monday and my Santerria is still working hard to make sure that my post experience and needs are fullfilled. I wasn't pressured into buying and it wasnt about making a sale it was more about making sure that I was comfortable, I WILL be doing business within the next couple years and I will be referring to those 2! I enjoyed my visit. Even though there were a lot of people I felt as though I didn't have a long wait. They addressed everything clearly to me as well. people I felt as though I didn't have a long wait. They addressed everything clearly to me as well. More
The waiting time period was around 3hrs for oil change and tire rotation and the agent didn’t allow me to use a coupon that I received on the mail. What is the point of sending/ receiving coupons if you and tire rotation and the agent didn’t allow me to use a coupon that I received on the mail. What is the point of sending/ receiving coupons if you are not able to use them? More
Nissan of Newnan offers a comfortable place to wait for your car to be serviced. I like that about our dealership. Buyer Beware of Used Cars! We bought a used Nissan Juke from Nissan of Newnan. About 30 days in, we started having troubles. On the interstate, we would loose torque, and not be able to gain speed. This from Nissan of Newnan. About 30 days in, we started having troubles. On the interstate, we would loose torque, and not be able to gain speed. This almost caused us to have an accident. We took it in, and they said nothing was wrong with it. We had it serviced the week of Labor Day. The oil changed, tires rotated, etc. On our way back, it lost torque again and said the engine needed to be serviced. This time, we took a video of what was happening. When we got back, I took the car into Nissan once again. On my way, I stopped to eat in my car with the engine running. All of a sudden, the car looked like it was on fire, with smoke rolling out of it. I turned the car off, and the smoke began dissipating. I was able to take a picture of a bit of the smoke, but not the rolling inferno it looked like. They have had the Juke now for about 2 weeks. They believe its a coolong fan issue, and a lack of coolant. Since I had taken it in for servicing the week before, you can imagine my distress. Now that they "believe" they know the issue, its gonna cost us almost $900.00 to fix. Since we have had this from almost the beginning of the purchase, we feel Nissan should cover it. The service department said the sales office would have to agree, which they did not. I spoke to a different manager over the phone. She stated that all used cars should be expected to have something wrong with it, that's why they cost less. The two reasons we went to the dealership was because of the expectation of a car fully inspected and problem free. (Especially a problem that could potentially be life threatening. ) We should have walked away at the beginning, when we went in because of the price. Originally we went in for an $8,000.00 car. We walked out with a $13,000.00 car....which included a bumper to bumper inspection. To solve our issues, we can trade the car in, but only for a new one. They devalued the car, so we would owe quite a bit more than what we bought it for. They said the new car rebates would give us about $4,000 to go "towards" the depreciation. We would also end up with double the payments. Seriously? This is the best they can do? This may seem like a bit of a rant; but I wanted to make sure people who choose to buy a used vehicle from Nissan of Newnan will know what has happened, and might happen to them. More
