Very pleasant visit for an oil change I ended up leaving my car for an oil change, and I recieved a call when it was done. I felt that was a nice, personal touch. I anticipated some repairs would be necessary so I requested a complimentary loaner car. The basic service did not meet the threshold to rate one. After being at the dealership for a couple of hours waiting for the recommendation of the tech, I was informed of some brake work that is necessary and I approved it. I was disappointed that I was now offered a complimentary car because I would still need to return the car by 4 pm. If I could have gotten the loaner when I arrived my experience would have been A1. More
