ALM Nissan Newnan - Service Center

Poor work performed Had a transmission replaced on a Nissan with only 80k miles. Too early for a transmission to go out in my opinion. When I picked it up, the engine w Had a transmission replaced on a Nissan with only 80k miles. Too early for a transmission to go out in my opinion. When I picked it up, the engine was running rough and sitting at ~2000 rpms higher than normal for highway driving. CEL came on within 5 miles of leaving the lot. Had to take the vehicle back for them to complete the repairs. Upon return, I was told that a transfer box seal was leaking. Why nobody ever saw that before makes me think it was either caused by the shotty transmission replacement, or a flat out lie. Once I got the vehicle back for the second time, the CEL came on after about 40 miles after leaving the lot. This time it was an O2 sensor. I'm sure they knocked it with their previous two service visits. I am 100% COMPLETELY DONE with (A) Nissan of Newnan and (B) Nissan in general. I will never own a Nissan again! More

Awesome Experience The service department is great! They never try to sell you on a repair that doesn’t need to be done. I bring all my cars in for service and it’s not all Nssians. I highly recommended! More

Replaced battery and got a free car wash and vacuum Battery died in the lot. Kept me updated on diagnostic results. Also got a free car wash and vacuumed out the car. Oops! Had service on car Wednesday. Noticed a fluttering sound in engine afterwards. Called service dept back and scheduled a recheck. Went in Monday for Had service on car Wednesday. Noticed a fluttering sound in engine afterwards. Called service dept back and scheduled a recheck. Went in Monday for them to look at. Was air filter not locked. Not a huge deal, but did take up my time and fuel to get there. Did wash my car for me, which is always a plus. Very nice service employees. More
