Excellent service. However, after getting nitrogen in my tires I noticed that my vehicle was pulling very hard to the right of the road. Very polite, attentive and efficient service operation and staff. Only issue (and clearly one not in their control) being cost of parts (30-40% above "market'', even OEM) and time (another 30%+). But those premiums are oftentimes WELL worth the price, "To get it done right the first time". If you have to guess if that's your case, e.g. - Not exactly sure what's going on? Best go to Nissan of Newnan, they will indeed "make it right" for you --- at a cost not out of line for any dealership/service department...AND they're good! -C More

I dropped my car off and was shuttled a mile away to shop instead of waiting. They sent an email stating mote service was recommended and to text yes to obtain the service. I called so I could obtain mote in instead of waiting. They sent an email stating mote service was recommended and to text yes to obtain the service. I called so I could obtain mote information. They took a message. I waited for 30 mi utes and called back. I talked to someone and declined the service and requested for the shuttle to pick me up. They shuttle never came. After 30 minutes I called back and they stated they would send someone else to get me, then my service manager , Trip called back and stated that I would have to continue to wait. They did eventually come get me. When I got there they informed me that they only changed my oil and did not rotate my tires even though that is covered in the service plan I purchased with the car. I do not plan to use this Nissan dealership again. We are in the market to purchase another car but are looking at Toyota instead since their service department in Newnan is very friendly. More
