Great Experience I had to take my vehicle in because I heard a knocking noise. The first time, they couldn’t find anything wrong but Melissa said if I heard it again t I had to take my vehicle in because I heard a knocking noise. The first time, they couldn’t find anything wrong but Melissa said if I heard it again to bring it back when I could leave it. I took it back and left it and the had to replace a front strut; I slightly upset that they didn’t find it the 1st time; however they found out the problem, repaired it and I was on my way. Friendly and Courteous Was greeted right away when I pulled up. The staff member took my information and directed me to Mrs. Gamboa who also greeted me and was very courteou Was greeted right away when I pulled up. The staff member took my information and directed me to Mrs. Gamboa who also greeted me and was very courteous as she confirmed what type of service I was having on the car. I always wait on my car while it is being service because the service waiting area has clean restrooms, tv, a place where I can get on-line if needed and a theater room with popcorn. My daughter loves to come with me when she can. While waiting, one of the customer service managers took time to speak with me. My car was serviced in a decent amount of time and they got me back on my way. It is good to go to a place where people are kind and courteous when they speak to you. Thanks, Jim More
