It took me a while to get connected to the internet (a couple of people gave me the wrong password), but once I got connected, I was able to work in the spacious waiting room on one of several tables available to customers. Improved I took my wife's Nissan Rogue in for the 20,000 mile service. This visit was a test as previous visits took too long (2+ hours). The last visit was I took my wife's Nissan Rogue in for the 20,000 mile service. This visit was a test as previous visits took too long (2+ hours). The last visit was very upsetting as the service coordinator was a jerk an ended up charging me $500 for the 15,000 mile service. This time I was met by a very nice lady who took my car to the service department. I then checked in with the service coordinator who was excellent. She listened to me about the problems of the last visit and had me out of there in less than an hour. I will be back! More
Unsatisfactory I was charged $159 only to get my car back in the exact same condition. I brought my car in with an unusual problem. The service technicians told me that my problem was caused when I purchased my car. They said someone had apparently lost the key and replaced them with aftermarket keys. My car was brand new when I purchased my car so I cannot understand how May having poor quality keys that’s my fault. It is Nissan’s responsibility. They gave me the car back exactly as it was and yet charge me $159 More
