Not completely satisfied Everyone was Professional and courteous. The oil change and tire rotation was done in a timely manner. I was told my car would be washed and vacuumed Everyone was Professional and courteous. The oil change and tire rotation was done in a timely manner. I was told my car would be washed and vacuumed out as a complimentary service but it wasn't and I asked the lady that pulled my car up why it wasn't done she said it probably wouldn't come off so I touched a spot on the front and it came right off. So she did offer to run it back thru but I had an appointment to get to as my car had been there 6 hrs. and when I got in my car to leave my car had not been vacuumed at all. So while I am happy with the service I paid for please do not offer the other services as complimentary if they aren't going to be done with the same level of quality as what I paid for. More

Paid $34.95 for oil change. More
