Wonderful Experience I purchased my Rogue (and an extended warranty) from a dealer other than Nissan. This was my first experience taking it in to have a repair that migh I purchased my Rogue (and an extended warranty) from a dealer other than Nissan. I was honestly dreading it because I thought the process was going to be very difficult, but it was actually wonderful! Christi was amazing! She worked so hard to get the job done right. Long Wait Times I felt I waited a long time for the tech to review the airbags recall and look at my gear shift light. I wasn’t given updates until the last hour (3.5 I felt I waited a long time for the tech to review the airbags recall and look at my gear shift light. I wasn’t given updates until the last hour (3.5 hours overall) but that update was to let me know air filters needed to be changed. I was then told 10 more minutes which was a full hour to be told I had to come back for the gear shift light replacement. I then waited 30 minutes more for I’m not sure what. I noticed the cover for the shift lock was missing this morning which was irritating. I try to keep my truck in tip top shape. The least the tech could do is replace what was removed. I told the girl at the counter to update my email address which she wrote down but didn’t do on the spot which is fine until this review populated in the old email and not the address I gave yesterday. The girl at the counter said she would call me today with an update on the light for my gear shift but I have yet to hear from Nissan. More
