First thing the mechanic said where's the manual called back to see and they told me the car was sold as is, I told them what my mechanic is say it and my lawyer that is it is a hazard to the person buying the automobile if there is not a manual of instruction on what to do it use the car improperly seen how it is a new vehicle for you consequently, the manual does not fit in the parameters of as is that is like selling the car and saying it's missing a wheel will you take it the person would not because it is a hazard manner they then said they would give me one for $50 but not for free Nissan seem to have been a better place while I was there but as you say poor the covers back you'll find wrinkle sheets. More

Third Visit..Disappointed When I arrived at the service desk, I was asked by the associate if this was my first time paying for service. It was my first time paying since my fi When I arrived at the service desk, I was asked by the associate if this was my first time paying for service. It was my first time paying since my first two oil changes and tire rotations were included with the purchase of the vehicle. I feel that the associate was trying to upsell me on services since it was my first time paying. I told the associate that I only wanted the oil change and tire rotation that I had scheduled. I also had a coupon for those services for $39.95 that I had verified as valid with the associate who had called me to set up my appointment. The associate at the service center then informed me that he could not honor this particular coupon but could honor another one on the same email I had received for $64.95. He said it was because of the particular oil that I have to have for my car. He then continued to try and talk me into getting additional services for my vehicle that I had already declined. The waiting area in the service department is very clean and well maintained. After my car got finished in a timely manner, the associate again told me to make sure that I got the services (changing of the air filter) done to my car that I had declined. I will make sure that I have the air filter changed, but I am unsure if I will be returning here to do so. I have never had the feeling of being taken advantage of because I am woman at a car dealership before, but I sat in the waiting area with that feeling. I will make sure if I return to bring my husband or let him take my car in because I do not want to come back to the dealership alone. Why would an associate even ask if this is the first time paying for services? This was the opening line for this associate, and it immediately made me feel uncomfortable and targeted. It is really a great disappointment because I have had nothing but amazing experiences with Nissan of Newnan before this service appointment. More
