Extended warranty I recently bought a car from them which was listed for $11995. I was going to buy it cash and when we went to the office Marcus told me that the cash I recently bought a car from them which was listed for $11995. I was going to buy it cash and when we went to the office Marcus told me that the cash price for the car is $13500 that the only way to get it for $11995 was if i finance it. I didn’t understand why because the dealer still make the same money if i buy it cash or if i finance it. I liked the car and he said that since i have the money after the first bill i could pay it off no problem. They charged me $5000 and supposedly they were financing the $6995 plus the registration and the dealer fees. He never told me what the charges were nor what would be the monthly payments in case i didnt pay it off, he just said sign here and here and here. I left happy with the car until i contacted the bank and found out the charged me $3400 extra for extended warranty that i didnt want and that Marcus never offered. Thats why he wanted me to finance the car. I dont need an extended warranty i do maintenance to my cars so i went back to the dealer to cancel the extended warranty and the financial manager told me i cannot cancel it which is totally unprofessional because they are charging me for a service i was not offered and that i do not need. More

Waste of time Hi, im from the Bronx and I went yesterday to buy a toyota 4 runner 2011, they said that the price was 17,995 as appeared in the internet so i went Hi, im from the Bronx and I went yesterday to buy a toyota 4 runner 2011, they said that the price was 17,995 as appeared in the internet so i went yesterday to see the car and to see if everything was fine with the car and i liked the car, they never said that the price was not the one listed online until today that i went almost three hours from taking trains from my house and today when I got there with the cash they said that the price was going to be 3000 dollars more because they have to pay to the bank and some things that nobody believed and after all I could not buy the car. I think that make a customer spend their time twice its not a nice way of doing business. More
