I was looking for a QUALITY used car. Specifically a Pontiac Firebird. They are rare and even more rare in good condition. The car that AR Motorsports had for sale was in EXCELLENT condition. An not just that car, I noticed I was surrounded by great looking cars. They seem to excel in selling the best. Then there was the service. I came out and met Steve Suggs on a Saturday, I did not speak with him again until 9 days later (I was waiting on some funds) and I called him on the phone. He remembered me exactly and even spoke to details from our first meeting. It struck me that he was looking at me as a person and not just another sale. Finally, the experience on sales day was great. Steve was down to earth and spoke to me like a friend. When he told me that I could bring the car back for service at their shop at 50% of the cost other service places would charge, that was icing on the cake. From the friendly atmosphere (no body ever "attacked" me when I landed on the lot), to the great cars, great sales experience and I expect, the great service, AR Motorsports is truly a place to go buy a car without feeling like you had the classic "car salesman" experience. I would defiantly recommend them to my friends and coworkers. More

I enjoyed the car buying experience at AR Motorsports very much. When one typically thinks of used car sales dealerships the concepts of high pressure and constant chatter pop in your mind. I went to AR Motorsports on Sunday hoping to get a peak at a car listed on autotrader.com A newly arrived vehicle caught my eye that had just been detailed. The detailer was very helpful and called salesman Steve Suggs who puts in the extra hours to come to work on Sunday. Steve and I talked but the car had not been priced yet. Over the next few days of back and forth decision making I made a great purchase. Stan was very helpful and knowledgeable on finance options. The reason i am writing this review today is that a year ago i traded in my Lexus for an Audi. I was not really looking for an audi.. however.. i decided to give this car a test drive. WOW !!! i was very impressed ..... today in Atlanta we are covered in snow.. and ice. I drove my vehicle in these winter weather conditions and i realized i had a GEM of a car. I have enjoyed the audi.. however after today i am totally amazed. AR was the one who convinced me that this car was right for me. Recently my husband found hinself commuting alot and using lots of gas. Once again.. we asked AR what car would be the best choice for his needs. He recommended and located a Prius( even though he didn't at the time have this car in his inventory) He was as always very professional and super helpful. He took our trade in car and found my husband the EXACT color Prius with very low mileage.. AND for a great price ! MY HUSBAND IN I PURCHASE A 2005 DODGE MAGNUM WE SPOKE WITH STAN THEY HAD THE CAR LISTED FOR $9995 WE PUT DOWN $7000 ON THE CAR WE ASK STAN IF THEY COULD FINANCE THE BALANCE HE SET USE UP ON A MONTHLY PAY WITH STAN THEY HAD THE CAR LISTED FOR $9995 WE PUT DOWN $7000 ON THE CAR WE ASK STAN IF THEY COULD FINANCE THE BALANCE HE SET USE UP ON A MONTHLY PAYMENT OF $330 MONTH WE PAID IT EVERY MONTH ONE MONTH I WENT IN AND PAID THREE MONTH AT THAT TIME WE ARE NOW ABOUT $9000 IN THE CAR AROUND DECEMBER 14, 2013 THEY CAME IN REP O THE CAR FROM MY HUSBAND JOB MINE YOU THE PAYMENT WAS DUE ON THE 6 AND THEY REP O IT ON THE 14 THEY NEVER CALL NOR SENT A LATE NOTICE, MY HUSBAND AND I COULD'NT BE LEAVE IT WE CALL AND THE DEALER THE SAME DAY AND SPOKE WITH STAN TOLD HIM WE HAD THE MONEY AND CAN WE GET THE CAR BACK WE PAID THEM ON TIME NEVER BEEN 30DAYS LATE PLUS WE ONLY OWE THEM $1500 PLUS THERE HIGH INTERESTS WISH TOTAL $4800 WE CALL EVERY DAY FOR WEEKS TRYING TO GET THE CAR BACK STAN TOLD ME AND MY HUSBAND THAT WE NEEDED TO TALK WITH THE OWNER WE ASK FOR HIS NUMBER NEVER GOT I WE TO THE DEALER AND SET FOR ONE HOUR WAITING FOR THE OWNER(AR) IS WHAT THEY CALL HIM HE NEVER CAME I SHOW STAN THAT WE GOT THE PAYMENT PLUS THE NEXT MONTH THAT WAS NOT DUE FOR 18 DAYS .SO AFTER CHRISTMAS I WENT TO THE DEALER AFTER NOT HAVING THE CAR FOR WEEKS AND CALLING EVERY DAY TRYING TO GET THE CAR BACK NOT BEANING ABLE TO SPEAK TO AR .WE I SPOKE WITH AR IT WAS AROUND JAN 5 AT THAT TIME WE OWE DEC AND JAN HE TOLD ME TO BRING HIM $1300 THAT WAS FOR TWO PAYMENT PLUS $500 REP O FEE I AGREE I TOLD HIM LET ME CALL MY HUSBAND AND LET HIM KNOW AND WE WILL BE BACK WHEN HE GOT OFF WORK AT 4PM , ONE HOUR LATER I GET A CALL FROM STAN SAYING AR DID'NT WANT TO DO THE DEAL AND WE NEEDED TO PAY THE CAR OFF BECAUSE OF THE COMPLAINT WE WROTE IT WAS THE TRUE , WE DIDN'T HAVE THE PAYOFF TOTAL SO THIS GUY KEPT THE CAR AND HE GOT THE CAR BACK ON THE LOT FOR SALE FOR $9975 AFTER HE HAVE MADE $9000 FROM USE , PEOPLE PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER , THE COUNTY NEEDS TO CLOSE HIM DOWN HE IS RIPPING PEOPLE OFF. HE WILL MAKE 20,000 FROM THAT CAR AND IT IS WORTH $7000 WISH WE PAID FOR..... More

We recently purchased a 2005 Toyota 4Runner from ARMotorsports in Lawrenceville. From the moment we entered the lot to the time we closed the sale, all associates, especially AR were extremely helpf ARMotorsports in Lawrenceville. From the moment we entered the lot to the time we closed the sale, all associates, especially AR were extremely helpful during our car buying process. Being an inexperienced car buyer, we were nervous about being "walked all over" by a seasoned/stereotypical sales person. However, this was not the case at ARMotorsports. They were extremely informative and transparent about the entire process from the beginning. After the sale, we had a minor hiccup with the bank causing a delay for payment to the dealership. AR was more than understanding and did not charge us anything extra for this delay. We would absolutely recommend AR and ARMotorsports for anyone looking for a great deal on a used vehicle. More

I recently purchased a Honda Element from this dealership and the check engine light came on within a few hours of the purchase. I called the dealership and they said they'd set me up an appointment to have and the check engine light came on within a few hours of the purchase. I called the dealership and they said they'd set me up an appointment to have is diagnosed and fixed. Victor was SO very helpful and diagnosed it for free and didn't charge me for the labor (only the part). He was awesome and really helped me understand what the problem was and what he was doing to fix it. Awesome crew and good customer service. Thanks again Victor, Steve and AR. :) More
