My experience was fantastic! We have purchased two vehicles from this dealership within the last 2 years. On Tuesday, my wife placed an inquiry call and the receptionist was professional and helpful. She happily scheduled an appt. for us to meet with a sales rep. At the specified time, the sales associate greeted us with our 2012 suburban, ready to give us a tour. We realized we were looking for something more specific; however, Lake Chevrolet did not have it on the lot. The team quickly sprung into action. Within minutes they had 3 vehicles that met our criteria. Soon, numbers were crunched and paperwork was signed. Once our suburban made it to the dealership, we were notified and picked it up. I was in and out of the dealership within minutes. Once I made it home, we received a call and email from Rocky. He was following up To make sure we were satisfied with our new vehicle. He went out of his way to schedule an appt. with my wife For the following day to present the vehicle's in and outs. He spent over an hour showing her how to operate the suburban's many features, including: Heated seats, blue tooth, garage door openers, and power seats. I cannot believe he devoted that amount of time with a customer AFTER he already made the sale! He went above and beyond our expectations.
