Strict Monthly payment ceiling met and agreed after hours of back and forth and this is with a pre approval. Dealership was closing and the signing of docs was rushed with a computer tablet and was told to of back and forth and this is with a pre approval. Dealership was closing and the signing of docs was rushed with a computer tablet and was told to tap here and then here. Was handed a yellow envelope and was walked to the door where the car was there for me to leave and they closed. Got home and pulled out the docs and Brian in finance added on a service contract and a etch contract that I had refused and was not needed for financing. I called the next day and Danny the sales manager said he would get back to me and never did. My monthly payment went up 100.00 per month which I was clear I could not do anymore then agreed and that was the absolute most I could afford and that would be difficult. No help from the dealership. Who adds additional contracts against the customers wishes and does nothing to make it right. So I now have to go through channels to have these removed but that money will not go back to our original agreement it goes to the bank and the loan does not change so I still have a monthly auto loan bill that is not possible for me to make. Aaron Chevrolet is not about customer service or a positive experience for the buyer. More
This is the best service center for both customer service and technician quality. We worked with Mario and he has been the most knowledgeable with diagnostics and repair. Thank you Mario and technician quality. We worked with Mario and he has been the most knowledgeable with diagnostics and repair. Thank you Mario More
One Year ago I had my oil changed and my tires rotated. (I was there for 3 hours!) When I left the dealership, that day, my right front tire pressure indicator was no longer working, but since I had to leave for Indiana the next morning I could not address it. My car is towed behind my RV and I only drive it when I tow it out of town. Today, I took the car back to the dealer to have the oil changed, and hopefully get the tire pressure sensor fixed. Well guess what? The Key Lock for the lug nuts was missing. The only people that have ever touched the Key Lock is the Aaron Dealership. They had to use it to rotate the tires the first time. They are the only ones that have ever serviced the car. So, the end result is: The pressure sensor could not be repaired and I no longer have a Key Lock for the lug nuts. When I asked what had happened to it since it had to be there the last time I was at there service department. There was no answer other than, "I don't know" No apology, No we will order you another one. No Nothing. By the way the case that the Key Lock should have been in was and is still in the car. I suspect the person that worked on the car did not replace it and I suspect that same person screwed up the pressure sensor as well. The other result is that I will NEVER go back to Aaron Chevrolet again! More
