I received your message and called the number you provided and left a voicemail. It has been a couple days and I have not heard from you or anybody. I have written a letter to accounting/finance which I see was received on Monday Mar.30 and it is April 3 and I have not heard anything from accounting or the dealership. I need to have those two items removed please. The situation I am in should never have happen because adding those on my contract when I did not want them and not knowing they were added on made our original deal which would be the absolute maximum I could afford has gone up 100.00 per month because of these additions. Why Brian would do that when he clearly understood where I was and had to be with my monthly payment is beyond me and I still do not know the answer to that or received any information that these items are being removed.

On April 7 Shadi the General Manager came on here stating that they had rewrote the contract and addressed my concerns. I was verbally told the same on the telephone by Shadi and was reconnected with Omar in finance who was the one who rushed me out the door the evening of the signing of the paperwork. Omar had me fill out a cancellation of the service agreement and and reassured me of what Shadi promised in getting the money back to me and told me the process would take a couple weeks. It is now May 24th and after numerous unanswered emails and voicemails to Shadi I receive a call from the dealership telling me that time has elapsed and the best Shadi would be able to do is possibly cancel the service contract and the money be sent to the bank. This is what usually happens when a dealer inappropriately adds a contract to the deal unethically. In my case Shadi told me that he was not able to have the loan redone without the contract but because of the inconvenience of this happening he would cut me the check which would allow me to have that money to use to offset my original and most important concern of the monthly payment being $100 more than the absolute ceiling I made and shook the salesman hand over the day I bought the car. Shadi explained he would normally not do this but be would do it if I allowed the narrative of my message on here to change talking away the negative I had experienced at Aaron Chevrolet and that I also keep the Etch contract which was the second contract which I said I did not want but was added on wrongfully. Feeling backed in a corner and this deal being financially impossible for me to afford and Shadi hinting to the fact that canceling the second contract would be a lot on his end I agreed to a check being made out to me for the service contract. So on April 7th Shadi came on here responding that things were rewritten and this was taken care of. This was another dishonest action done by this dealership Aaron Chevrolet in Lake Elsinore and the General Manager Shadi Abdelhaddi. I write this after a few days of voice messages, emails, and text messages all being ignored and unsure of where this stands and my second payment on the loan was due yesterday. I have never been more disappointed and misled by a company and its management before in my life.
