He made an appointment for July 8 2025 to have my concerns addressed. I arrived and he and I spoke at length of my concerns and he quoted me a price and time to get them taken care of. When my car was returned to me, the cost and time where right on the money. He treated me with respect and did not try as upsell as so many other dealer service departments try, but he did make suggestions for other services down the road. AARON Chevrolet is now my only place I will take my car becaue of Taylor and I trust Taylor to keep it on the road in tip top shape. More

We bought a truck for my son. He saw the add online so we went into the dealer to go see it. It was not ready on Saturday so they said they would call us back on Monday when it He saw the add online so we went into the dealer to go see it. We started talking numbers and the car was 2K more than the screenshot my son took on Saturday. The sales guy said when more people are interested they mark up the prices. I said that is called “bait and switch.” He ended up getting it down but it still was $500 more than the original advertised price. So ALWAYS take a screenshot of the price you see online. Plus they add a whole bunch of extras over $5,000 to jack up the price even more. The security system they sell for $2500 dollars, and is suppose to save you money on your insurance is a complete scam. It only saved us $10. The finance lady Virginia was amazing. More
