I had an excellent experience at this dealership. I came in with an issue with one of my tire and was taken care of right away. They were polite and very understanding. From the sales person who greeted me to the service manager who helped me and especially the mechanic who stayed over to get back on the road, a big thank you for all you do. They didn’t even bother to service the car before handing it over. It was clear from the start they had zero intention of selling me a reliable vehicle. On top of that, despite my excellent credit score, they stuck me with a ridiculously high-interest rate, showing just how eager they were to rip me off. Since day one, I’ve gotten nothing but lies, excuses, and the classic runaround. They refuse to take any responsibility for knowingly putting me in a dangerous, defective car.
