My service writer was great and followed up on everything on his end as far as communication, but we both heard a knock coming from the engine of my Duramax diesel engine that was not normal. He said that there mechanic could not find out where it was coming from and it had no code that came up. This is the second time I have taken it to the dealer for this same knock. What makes me upset is when it is out of warranty I will have a problem on my hands. More

I don't feel they are honest. I keep going back giving them a shot but I'm just not super satisfied with the variance in what they quote and what they ultimately charge. I was also quoted over the phone around $60 for my 45k service on a Chevy Volt. I was charged $90. And I just don't trust Mario and I keep getting assigned to him as my service advisor. More
