We got no replies, no update, no call back, untill we bring it up to the corporate. It was horrible. After holding our car over 20 days with no update, there was only once the advisor contacted us, and t bring it up to the corporate. It was horrible. We called for an update few occasions with no follow up, untill we made a formal complaint and within minutes we got a "GM called us so I have to contact you urgently and figure this out because i dont wanna get into trouble" phone call and finally got an update and car is ready next day.
