I already wrote about my experience, with everything in service very good, but while sitting in the showroom, getting a text from someone asking me to consider selling my car right back to chevy 3 years af service very good, but while sitting in the showroom, getting a text from someone asking me to consider selling my car right back to chevy 3 years after buying it...was not a good way to keep me as a customer. It was rude, it made me feel like I was just a way for the dealer to make money, and had nothing to do with my satisfaction. If that ever happens again, I will speak to the manager, or General mgr. Which ever is the title of the dealer, and let them know they will never see me again, along with me telling anyone i know about the way that made me feel. I let them know,yet this e mail just brings the subject up again, and is not bringing a smile to my face. More
