Initially we called and left a message twice with the service department to set up an appointment for a recall . We were not contacted back. We called back 2 more times before we got ahold of someone, wh service department to set up an appointment for a recall . We were not contacted back. As soon as we pulled up the service advisor walked by the car and by the sound of my car immediately knew why we were there. We left the vehicle there, he ran the codes and the codes matched up with the recall. I reached out two days later and when he text back, he said it was a battery issue. Which it was not and did not coincide with the recall. After that we did not hear back from Chevy. The next time we heard from them they said our vehicle was ready, but we had no idea what was done to the vehicle. I am extremely disappointed and do not plan on going back to Aaron Chevrolet. More
