Eric sold me into buying a Chevrolet in seconds mostly because he knew the vehicle as he was the one who built it. He was able to respond to every single question without hesitation and appeared to be so because he knew the vehicle as he was the one who built it. He was able to respond to every single question without hesitation and appeared to be so proud about the car that it was impossible to not want to buy the car that he was proudly presenting to us. Besides his great knowledge of the product he was extremely polite and made me and my husband feel that our stay at the store was shorter than what it really was by offering us coffee pastries and telling us the history of Chevrolet from its foundation and making us feel so happy to help American companies by buying American manufactured vehicles. I walk into Chevrolet to service my husband's truck and while we were waiting we were approached by Eric who gave us a tour of the facility and show me different cars after he came to know I was thinking of buying a new car at some point in the future but not that day. I am a very difficult person to make a purchase but with him was very easy and fast decision.
