As we have in the past, the Service Advisor we had was Faisal Mangrio. In short, we awoke on Monday morning (a holiday) to a car with severe engine idling issues. We contacted Faisal and, although the service calendar was full, he somehow made time for us. We dropped off the car understanding they would need a day or two to get to it. When Faisal contacted me the next day, sad to say, it was bad news. He was very sympathetic and explained our options. He refilled our fluids and expressed extreme concern over driving the vehicle more than the short route home. We have dealt with Faisal several times over the years. He has always been honest with us (something that speaks volumes to the general public). He's a fantastic representative to your service department and a gentlemen all around.
