Unfortunately, I have to retract my last positive review. The salesman Carlos was very friendly but I still had the feeling that they were trying to hide fees and were dishonest about things we needed. The sales manager, Armando, was everything you would expect from the cliche car salesman. He was rude, condescending, and was not interested in making sure we were taken care of. He assured us we would not get a better deal anywhere else and said things that turned out to be blatant lies. We wound up going to another Ford dealership the next day where they blew Gosh's deal out of the water and gave us a better warranty in addition. Will not be returning to Gosh Ford. I absolutely hate giving bad reviews and waited a while to write this but I feel like this might not be the first for the sales manager. More

Avoid at all costs. Anything done on the sales side takes forever to get done and the sales team is absolutely unwilling to work with you on any issue you may have.
