My suggestion would be to have your service personnel be more available. Probably the biggest complaint was that they would give a time frame the vehicle was supposed to be ready then not call to confirm or be reachable to see if ready. Then I got calls much later in the day to say my vehicle was needed for another day. This makes it difficult when trying to arrange transportation. In other words, improve communication.

I personaly came back about 2 weeks ago to speak to the Service Manager. He was busy. So I handed the paperwork to my previous Service Advisor Jamie and told him to contact me regarding the AMP research steps when he was available. Never heard a peep. Sorry, please do not waste my time anymore. This is just all talk. I bought a lot of vehicles over the years and dealt with a lot of Service Departments. This is by far the worst . I have to take care out of pocket and my time to take care of a warranty issue that is clearly GOSCH Fords obligation. I can assure you that I will let people know about Gosch Fords Service. Please stop contacting me as this "TALK" is going nowhere. Sincerely Michael Asselmann
