Scoundrels! I custom ordered a Mach E and 5 months later it arrived only to be sold to someone else!!! They “gave” me a discount for my trouble and it was basically just enough to pay for Ford’s price increase from a 2021 to 2022 model year and took all my rebates!! Super dishonest dealership. Absolutely will never go there again. Scoundrels!!! More

I went to buy out my lease and I’ve been dreading this, but Jerimy, Fernando, and Ricardo were all so attentive and made the whole thing super easy. I got an amazing interest rate, and Fernando completed the whole transcript seamlessly and I was out in 2 hours, the shortest time I’ve spent in a dealership and the best experience so far! I didn’t feel pressured whatsoever, and I was presented with all my options before proceeding. They have a great team going, they all work together to make sure the customer is taken care of. Was disappointed I was told I needed new spark plugs at 70,000 miles. I was sure my owner’s manual indicated 100,000 miles but I was told 70 was correct.
