My overall experience is very good when I brought my car in for the works oil change. I had my coupon which I love. I was in and out of there in under 2 hours. They also noticed my wind shield wipers were w in for the works oil change. I had my coupon which I love. I was in and out of there in under 2 hours. They also noticed my wind shield wipers were worn and replaced those for me also. The waiting room is always very clean. Fresh coffee and water. If you have to take your car in for service this is the best place! Thank you So much! More
Did a great job. It did take 4 days longer than expected because they had to order parts and i should have been notified. Multiple appts to resolve issue starting in Nov 2021. Dec 1, 2022 appt did not resolve issue. "Get back to you shortly" was next step. I had to call Dec 15 after no followup. Dec 22 appt concluded faulty Dec 1, 2022 appt did not resolve issue. "Get back to you shortly" was next step. I had to call Dec 15 after no followup. Dec 22 appt concluded faulty apim module. Agreed to order replacement part and let me know when available. After again no followup, I rang on Jan 19 only to learn part had never been ordered. Told it would take a few days to get the part and would contact me. Again, after no contact, I called on Feb 14. Told me part had arrived on Feb 10 but I never got a call. Last appt scheduled for Mar 2 for final fix. This fiasco last lasted months with no proactive updates from dealer. It required 3 separate trips. The apim module is central to the trucks control panel hence most control features did not work for months. At same time, I got no warranty help with this issue happening within weeks of my warranty ending. Very frustrating all around. More
