Customer service representative gave me a wrong estimate. I waited a week to bring in my car because I was told you are very busy. Took my car in, it took a week to repair. No communication with anyone for the week you had it, even after several telephone calls and messages left. No notice it was ready and had to take more time off work. Went to pick it up and was over charged by $400. I questioned it and the same customer service representative said they made an error. Very disappointing for the second time taking my car there.
