Customer service representative gave me a wrong estimate. I waited a week to bring in my car because I was told you are very busy. Took my car in, it took a week to repair. Went to pick it up and was over charged by $400. I questioned it and the same customer service representative said they made an error. Very disappointing for the second time taking my car there.
