I did not want it, and only became aware of this $1300 cost while I was signing docs in finance with Fernando. I was very surprised. I said "no, I dont want that item" No choice "you have to buy it" I was too far along. The sales manager came into the office and told me that he told me about it while we were on the lot, but I thought it was part of the truck price, I declined the other items he showed me on the sheet. So this is the main reason I would not recommend your dealership to others. More

Truck was at dealership for over 2 months . Repairs were still not made. Truck handles very poorly. Service writer was terrible with giving me an accurate ETA for truck . I recommend not doing business with this organization. The term crooks is the first thing that comes to mind, both when dealing with the service department and sales. Service department quoted me $500 for rear brakes on my f150, so I brought it to another Ford dealer and they resurfaced the rotors and new pads for $180. With the sales department I later brought my truck in for a Kelly blue book instant cash offer and they told me I would have a check in 3 weeks. When checking on the status 2 weeks later I was told it’s more like 3-4 weeks. When checking again the following week I was told it’s more like 4-6 weeks. Proper communication up front would have been appreciated and the professional thing to do. I recommend going to another dealer for all of your vehicle needs. More

I make my appointments well in advance and I still did not get my car back until 3.5 hours for an oil change and an alignment. KIA used to do this in an hour tops!!..
