I had a Theft Patrol installed on Feb 17. The service was fast and satisfying accommodating. Before I left the service department, I asked the service rep, “ how do I know it’s activated and The service was fast and satisfying accommodating. Before I left the service department, I asked the service rep, “ how do I know it’s activated and working”. She said there will be a follow up email with detail instruction. Six days later, no email. I call Gosch Service and asked to speak to Dimna Ramirez, After, a long wait I ended up leaving a message/call back. 1 1/2 hours later no call. So I call Gosch service department, this time I spoke to Dimna Ramirez and she resolved my concern. My point is “the service people should not assumed that their service familiarity do not transcend to the customer.” I retract my first service survey because I assumed that the service will be completely outstanding to the finish. I was wrong! More
Our complaint is against Ford motor company not against your dealership where I bought my Ford F2 50 diesel.
