She was able to answer all my questions, and was understanding even when I requested my vehicle back. Thankfully the issue was fixed shortly thereafter before my car was returned. Shoutouts to Billy for keeping the atmosphere light, and friendly! More

6 weeks in service and left with 13 miles until empty is unacceptable. As a customer I do not care if Ford no longer has the part. It should not be my responsibility to find the part and then when I find it unacceptable. As a customer I do not care if Ford no longer has the part. It should not be my responsibility to find the part and then when I find it am told by the advisor they won’t warranty it. And now 2 days after receiving my vehicle back the engine light is back on and I have to bring it back. With regards to the 13 miles till empty. I never leave my vehicle with less than 50 miles until empty on it. I certainly had more than 1/4th of a tank left when I dropped it off and the low fuel light was NOT on. According to my paperwork there were 18 miles more on my odometer from drop off to pick up. This would mean I would have left it at GOsch with only 31 miles left until empty. My low fuel light was Not On when I dropped it off. There was more than 50 miles until empty on the vehicle when I dropped it off on January 3rd. I want to know who was driving my vehicle or why the gas was drained from it. This is unacceptable. I was given a 10% discount as an AAA member but only up to $50. This barely made a dent after an $1800 bill plus immediately having to fill my car with gas (which cost me $70) since I was left with only 13 miles until empty. Bill tried to get me more of a discount but obviously was not given the authority to do so. As mentioned earlier my check engine light is on again less than 48 hours after bribing my vehicle home and it will need to be brought back in on 2/21 for lord only knows how long and how much it will cost me again (because I’m sure the story I will get will be that it’s a different part of the vehicle so there is no way any of their technicians could have done anything wrong). After this issue is fixed I will be selling my vehicle and will NEVER do business again with GOSCH. More
It was a pleasure doing business with Chris Thomas and Eric Ramos. I was able to purchase the vehicle I wanted because of Chris' efforts. Both were professional, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. Chr Eric Ramos. I was able to purchase the vehicle I wanted because of Chris' efforts.
