The salesman was excellent and I would recommend him. The only reason I took away one star is because the finance lady was very pushy about the maintenance plan to the point that I had to say no at least six only reason I took away one star is because the finance lady was very pushy about the maintenance plan to the point that I had to say no at least six times and she seem too heavy breathing kind of flop her hands down like I was ridiculous for not taking it. Then when I finally think she’s done pushing it she brings it up again to let me know that everybody gets it and then I’m paying for this anyways. We finally got past that and she proceeded to have the same things but behind a pop-up I saw to add-ons and those items were not clearly explain to me and I was concerned that I was being forced to buy TheftPatrol and a warranty when the vehicle already has a warranty on it so I finally came back the next day to discuss it again and it turns out that patrol was not optional but it would’ve been nice if that was explain to me when I was buying a vehicle. But if you take my experience with the finance lady out of the mix everything else was excellent the sales managers were great the sales team was awesome it was overall a very good experience. More
