Very helpful young man, showed me the few available pickups and allowed me to test drive. Seemless, efficient, service. The Finance Manager and I negotiated a bit of course. Ricardo is a fair no nonsense guy. Fernando Martinez was efficient with the process and thorough in explaining options with extended warranty. thank you for that. The young lady ( rhymes with Ferrari) please forgive me, was very helpful getting me in and out with the theft control set up. Great experience.
