My experience started with a simple phone call inquiring about a hard to find truck . A gal by the name of Melody answered my questions . She was kind, courteous and knowledgeable. Upon arriving at the dealership I was greeted by Jerimy Deines Jr. He is a young man that is extremely knowledgeable on Ford products and is a zero pressure to buy salesman. He answered every question I had about the truck. Long story short my wife and I bought the truck. Jerimy walked us through the entire process answering questions along the way . His professionalism and personality make this truck purchase the best experience I have ever had at any car or boat dealership ! After signing paperwork with Fernando Martinez who was professional and explained everything in detail Jerimy spent about an hour with me and the truck setting up apps on my phone that will do all kinds of amazing things . He went thru every electronic function , what every knob does , he got my phone set up to the car and set up all my “settings” with me . I can’t say enough good things about Jerimy . He goes above and beyond for the customer and is truly an asset to this dealership. More
