I called several times in hopes of talking to someone over the phone before I approved an expensive repair. I was told that the person filling in for her would contact me about the repair that day, nobody got back to me. It’s unfortunate because had there not been this lost day of communication, the part could have been ordered a day earlier and I could have had my truck back a whole day earlier. More

Been waiting since September for a towing reimbursement of $75 and they keep playing games First they lost the invoice then they said they mailed. Very disappointed Sales also stated a tracker was installed that I had to pay for. Weeks later I got called to come in and install it after I was told I couldn’t opt out of it. Mike said he’d look into a refund also, nothing in that either. Buyer beware More
