Total joke. 2 1/2 hours for an appointment oil change that I can do in 20 minutes myself. What would the point be to have an appointment if it takes 2 1/2 hours??? As an added bonus if you like to laugh at total failure, check out their parts department. They have after market floor mats for Toyota Tundra but try finding a part for your Ford! Just walk in and laugh because the person responsible for setting the "store" up should be fired immediately. I setup stores for a living, so I was appalled at how horrible the setup was. Zero thought went into it with snacks on the wall no one wants it's more like a comedy show than a parts store. By the way $70 for an oil change and they couldn't possibly add WATER to my windshield wiper pump! Pathetic More

Jerimy helped us with the purchase of our truck. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and an all around fantastic guy.
