Total joke. 2 1/2 hours for an appointment oil change that I can do in 20 minutes myself. What would the point be to have an appointment if it takes 2 1/2 hours??? As an added bonus if you like to laugh that I can do in 20 minutes myself. What would the point be to have an appointment if it takes 2 1/2 hours??? As an added bonus if you like to laugh at total failure, check out their parts department. They have after market floor mats for Toyota Tundra but try finding a part for your Ford! Just walk in and laugh because the person responsible for setting the "store" up should be fired immediately. I setup stores for a living, so I was appalled at how horrible the setup was. Zero thought went into it with snacks on the wall no one wants it's more like a comedy show than a parts store. By the way $70 for an oil change and they couldn't possibly add WATER to my windshield wiper pump! Pathetic More
