Staff is friendly. Wait time to get vehicle back is ridiculously long. Doesn’t matter what you go in for it’s always a minimum 2 hour wait. They want you to text them with questions but they don’t resp ridiculously long. Doesn’t matter what you go in for it’s always a minimum 2 hour wait. I reluctantly returned to Gosch Ford today, due to a very negative past experience. But to my surprise, everything is new and very much improved! Danny (General Sales Manager), was absolutely wonderful. He negative past experience. But to my surprise, everything is new and very much improved! Danny (General Sales Manager), was absolutely wonderful. He then turned me over to Jerimy in Sales, who turned out to be incredible! If I could give Jerimy 10 stars, I would. From the very beginning, he was warm, professional, and a total joy to work with. I felt totally at ease, and knew I was in great hands! I cannot say enough about this young man. He knows the business so well. I also have to say something about Lisa in Finance. She made the whole document signing process, so easy and comfortable! Then, back to Jerimy for all the final steps. This whole experience for me has been A+!!! More
