Scheduling the appointment was easy and quick. The option to drop my car off and leave the keys in the drop box was convenient. I dropped my car off Wednesday evening; However, no one called me ab option to drop my car off and leave the keys in the drop box was convenient. I dropped my car off Wednesday evening; However, no one called me about my car on Thursday. When I called, I could not speak to anyone and ending receiving the voice mail for my service advisory--Alex. I left a message for Alex to call me but did not hear back from him. I sent him an email with the email address provided but it was returned to me as unable to deliver. I called back twice and on the second attempt was able to speak to someone, not Alex, and asked that someone give a call. Alex called late Thursday stating that they had not looked at it yet and would do so the next day--Friday. Although my appointment and drop off envelope includes the problem to solve, I needed to explain what was wrong with the car. On Friday, I did not hear back from anyone so I had to call again. Alex explained that the root cause was determine, battery. I asked for an estimate on the driver's side mirror which was damaged. Later Friday, I received a text message which was addressed to some other customer stating that my car was ready. Since the message was not addressed to me and did not specify a type of car, I had to call once again. The person answering confirmed that the car was ready but had not idea about the estimate (driver's mirror) request. I had a poor service experience at Gosch Ford Escondido. Brad Pietrzak More
Abraham was fantastic! Between him and the manager they jumped through hoops for us and smashed some numbers down to get to the price we needed.
