An experience turned positive I had a lengthy situation that had to do with my 2011 Fiesta. I was honestly at my wit's end with it. I turned to a few people in the sales department I had a lengthy situation that had to do with my 2011 Fiesta. I was honestly at my wit's end with it. I turned to a few people in the sales department at Ford of Escondido that we're beyond helpful. First with one of the sales managers Ray. He was beyond understanding of my situation. Greg, Ray and George helped me keep the rental while I was going through the process with Ford Mfg to handle my issue. My frustrations showed, and I was deeply grateful for the time they spent with me to help. I had also worked with the new GM Josh Irvine who was more than accommodating to assist me in getting moving forward with another car. As soon as my case was approved with Ford these gentlmen went above and beyond to get me what I wanted. I had come in late on a Thursday night with my approval letter and Greg and Allen worked after to try and work the deal out even despite some issues with the submittal system. They assured me that they would work the deal out with the lender the next day and call me at work to run them by me. Greg kept his word and worked diligently to get me the best deal possible and the exact car I wanted. By the time I got there, everything was ready to go. The paperwork process was so fast that I was still hanging out for the detailing of the car to get done. WOW!!! And then she pulled up. My brand new, gorgeous 2017 Ford Focus ST. Exactly what I wanted, great deal and these guys completely took care of me. A long situation that wasn't their fault or problem and they treated me like I was a priority. These sales managers, reps and GM are top notch. I will gladly work with them in the future. And would recommend them to anyone I know when trying to find their next vehicle. I was able to do mist of the entire deal while doing yard work at my home. When the time came, I drove the 75 + miles to pick up my perfect car. Eric was ready, efficient, thorough, very good communication and very easy to work with. The finance rep., Robert I believe was his name was very kind & thorough . Horrible customer service Was there 3 1/2 hours. Told every hour shuttle was coming. Not. Kept asking what's going on nothing till 11:30 and was told first. 650. Then Dave come Was there 3 1/2 hours. Started crying, paid 130 dollars and nothing was done!!! Heard another customer say it's gone down hill since New owner took over! More

Refuses to Cancel my Extended Warranty I purchased a new Ford truck from Ford of Escondido in March of 2017 and also purchased the extended warranty, mainly because of the high pressure fro I purchased a new Ford truck from Ford of Escondido in March of 2017 and also purchased the extended warranty, mainly because of the high pressure from the dealership to do so. The warranty is cancellable and refundable and in April of 2017 I went to the dealership to do just that. A form was completed and signed by the finance manager and me, but the warranty has not been cancelled. Have called both the finance manager and general manager several times, but always get voicemail and never have heard back from them. I have also tried to get in touch with the finance manager via email, but he has yet to respond. I paid $3,360 for the warranty and now the dealership will not refund the money, as the agreement allows for, nor will they even return my calls to try and resolve the issue. Oh, and I also still don't have a registration or license plates and it has been longer than the 60 days required by law. I have lodged complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the DMV and hope to find resolution soon. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle based on my horrible experience. More
