I received a text that Luis was my service agent, got there and was told it was Viktor. Viktor was already with a customer. 3 other advisors were open but they couldn't help me because I was assigned to there and was told it was Viktor. I was getting an oil change in addition to service, asked of there were any deals on oil changed and was told I needed to check the website. When my car was ready, I asked if my requested complimentary car wash, and noted on paperwork, it wasn't done. I had to wait an additional 30 mins. When I did receive my car someone had passed gas in my car and the smell was so awful I gagged and had to roll all my windows down to air it out. Very immature, disgusting and unprofessional! The only thing I appreciated was the video status. I was very disappointed this time around. More

We came into the dealership just to see if we could get a lower payment on our 2020 lease. We were told by the salesperson we could actually turn in our lease and get a lower payment with the exact truck jus lower payment on our 2020 lease. We were told by the salesperson we could actually turn in our lease and get a lower payment with the exact truck just a 2023. We had a couple of options, turning in our current "Fully Loaded " truck for a new one or a more expensive car which obviously was not our goal or purchasing our 2020. What do you think we did. The same "exact" truck but a 2023 of course! Well on our way home after 5 hours at the dealership we realized it DID NOT have the same options as our FULLY LOADED 2020! Not to go into details, but we were so upset and disappointed. We were asked to bring the truck back that night but due to a major fatality on the freeway we had to go back the next day. The Gen Man Danny was very apologetic and did as much for us as he could. We ended up with a 4x4 instead of a 2x4 with very limited options, maybe 2 thanks! (and a higher payment) Ford has gone down hill not fully loading options as we were told later as an excuse why we couldn't get the EXACT SAME TRUCK in a 2023! Thank you Danny for doing your best but I believe we will go to another model, maybe GMC? More
