Armando is a competent and likeable salesperson who did his best to make a sale on a pre-owned 2021 F150, then on a new 2022 F150 and finally on a new 2023 F150. The dealership would only negotiate $800 of his best to make a sale on a pre-owned 2021 F150, then on a new 2022 F150 and finally on a new 2023 F150. The dealership would only negotiate $800 off the pre-owned 2021 and would not budge off the MSRP on the new 2022 and 2023 despite North County Ford offering $3,000 off of their new F150s. I was able to talk the dealership up to a mid-range offer on my trade in, but after being compared to a "grinder" I figured that there was no deal at this dealership. My recommendation for potential buyers is to wait or look elsewhere for better pricing. More

I towed the vehicle in myself, towed it to the back lot without assistance. During the 2 weeks it was there horrible communication, when they finally gave a theory on what was wrong on Thursday and the c without assistance. Told them we wouldn't proceed and I wanted to pick the car up. No reply, on Monday I called and was told it was Jermans day off. On Tuesday when I finally spoke with Jerman told him I'd be down to get the car but didn't make it until Wednesday. Car wasn't ready, they hadn't even processed the basics like mileage so it took 30 mins before the car was brought to the service drive. Then they all watched me push the vehicle onto the tow dolly by myself. Lastly another thing that bothered me was everytime I call in to the local dealership it's answered at a central location who kept telling me they had no record of my vehicle only my other vehicle. More
