My appointment was 9am for free Recall service. I called at 12:45pm for status. I was told a list of repairs, treatments, the Recall was not started. With new $400.00 battery I was the last car out I called at 12:45pm for status. I was told a list of repairs, treatments, the Recall was not started. Nice dealership. I was shown a Ford explore and looked at it bumper to bumper. I decided on a different color a different car claimed to be the exact vehicle with the I was shown a Ford explore and looked at it bumper to bumper. I decided on a different color a different car claimed to be the exact vehicle with the exact features was brought down from Temecula. I purchased the car from Temecula however, it does not have the same features, and I have not been able to get anybody to call me back regarding the lack of a garage door opener. This is a feature that I desperately need. I have called every day since the purchase of my vehicle and nobody has called me back. More
