My appointment was 9am for free Recall service. I called at 12:45pm for status. I was told a list of repairs, treatments, the Recall was not started. Nice dealership. I was shown a Ford explore and looked at it bumper to bumper. I purchased the car from Temecula however, it does not have the same features, and I have not been able to get anybody to call me back regarding the lack of a garage door opener.
