Seems like for a new customer, you'll have to get ready for little to no contact from the service dept. Making a decision only from the video vs being able to ask a question from the video is something I'm not a fan of. That's it for now. More

Nothing was done correctly. I had two repair jobs needed. My copay was $100 . They should have done both at the same time but did not. They were going to charge me $200 instead I had two repair jobs needed. My copay was $100 . They should have done both at the same time but did not. Had an appointment for a 40k mile service and asked my advisor to diagnose the check engine light and was told I would need an appointment for that since they were so busy even though I was willing to pay advisor to diagnose the check engine light and was told I would need an appointment for that since they were so busy even though I was willing to pay the $179 for the diagnosis. Later that day he called me recommending a $279 brake flush which they could do that day. So there was no time to plug in the device to the car’s computer so it could tell the mechanic where or what the issue was, but there was time for them to perform a brake flush? That makes no sense whatsoever! I’m taking the vehicle to an independent mechanic who will diagnose the issue. More
