Gosch ford of Escondido was doing a free oil change for educators who worked for the Escondido Union school district. I took my car in last week for an oil change and a couple days later I noticed oil spil educators who worked for the Escondido Union school district. I took my car in last week for an oil change and a couple days later I noticed oil spills all over my drive way. I took it back to gosch ford for them to look at.. they not once gave me a phone call with an update with my car even though I asked them if they could. I had to reach out to them several times to figure out if my car was ready for pick up. After a few hours my service advisor calls me saying the oil panel is cracked and they needed to order a part.. I let my service advisor know I get off work at 2:50 and need to be on the road at 3 to pick up my son from daycare. I show up at 3 and my car isn’t ready and the part isn’t even in yet. I was so frustrated.. not even did I get a call letting me know ahead of time the part was running behind schedule so I could make arrangements for my son. No apologies from my service advisor. I will never purchase a ford in the future and I definitely will not recommend ford to anyone based on my experience that I had. More
