For the 2nd time I made an appt to have the leak in my sunroof checked out and assured that it was be looked at when I went in. When I got there, the service tech said that the appointment times are just "vehicle check in" times and not when your car is seen. Told me cars that came in the day before would be seen first and my car would most likely not be seen til the end of the day! Wow! Well, Gosch Ford ... after many, many years, bye bye!
