Loved the video detailing what was done and what was going to be done per my request. It was a recall service. I called, parts were in and an appointment was set. “Jerman” was my service rep. Once car was being worked on - updates - speed of work - fantastic. Gosch has a lot of work to do with their online scheduling - it is all but useless - you have to call in, work with a 3rd party to schedu fantastic.
