I have been to this location twice recently, both times with appointments. Upon dropping my car off right on time, the service provider proceeded to tell me that it would be several days before they would with appointments. I don’t understand why they have people make appointments if the appointments are meaningless. Why not make an appointment for when they actually have time to fix my car? More
