Excellent purchase experience. We ordered the vehicle new from Ford, and Coach, our sales rep, and Gosch Ford did a great job of keeping us updated throughout the process. Delivery day was good: we wanted to keep the process moving quickly so that we weren’t out with our toddler too long and Coach kept things moving along. He did a great job of getting info in advance so that we could make the delivery appointment as quick and efficient as possible. More
The service department here has gone down hill the last year. Shannon the service adviser is great, helpful and kind and does what she can to get you in and the problem fixed but the service manager Mike i year. Shannon the service adviser is great, helpful and kind and does what she can to get you in and the problem fixed but the service manager Mike is condescending and does not follow up or through and I had to contact the GM/owner. Most of the time the work they do is good but after this last month long experience and the back and forth trying to get a part fixed for my car then they break another part after fixing the first part and didn’t tell me and I had to bring the car back the next day I’m sad to say I won’t be returning after being a loyal customer for the last 4 years. Definitely need to reevaluate the service department and your customer service. More
The parts and service department took excellent care of me. I was traveling into Southern California and had a flat tire. I needed a new tire so James, in the service department, located the correct tire a me. I was traveling into Southern California and had a flat tire. I needed a new tire so James, in the service department, located the correct tire and ordered it for me on Saturday. The tire arrived Monday morning, and the service department, Shannon, got me right in and repaired my tire to put me back on the road again. No other garage or tire and service Center was able to locate the tire as quickly. I am impressed and will recommend this dealership to anyone. More
