My last visit was okay but the visit before that was incredibly terrible. The inside door reflector on the driver's side fell off during the recall repair and said it was already off when we when brought it in, which isn't true. After ordering a new one at our cost, the guy in the parts department told my wife that she would have to put it back on herself. Just one more reason we take our cars to a private mechanic
