Awesome service! Was on a call back list for Mach e and they kept me informed of incoming dates. When one arrived I was contacted immediately. Worst experience I have ever had purchasing an automobile. It started off with Josh (Fleet Mgr.) taking us to the car as it was being detailed, curiously it was not our car being detailed. automobile. Josh had gotten mixed up and had the wrong car being detailed and our care was still on the lot. The worst experience was when we got to his office to go over the details. By the time we left with the car we had spent 4 1/2 hours in the dealership. This is even with a pre established appointment. For some reason, every time Josh had to show us a document he had t o leave the office to retrieve the document from the printer, and each time he was gone more than 5 minutes, sometimes as long as 15 minutes. Why he does not have printer in his office is a mystery. He than takes us to Lisa, the paper work person. Again, while she was a very nice person, it was clear she was not understanding the process. She had to change her documents multiple times, and had to call in Josh to further explain the terms. At one point she tried to have us change our terms so she would not have to amend the form she was typing out. It was an experience that should not have happened. Everyone was nice, but are they suited for their positions. Never once did anyone say "Thank you for doing business with us and buying a car". Given the expense of cars, I believe the people we interacted with could have been more professional. It was as though they did not care we were buying a car, we were just a process. In sales, you want to make the customer feel they are the most important person at that moment. The final issue that disturbed us when we got in the car was it was fully charged. Every time I have purchased a car, the dealer made sure the car was full. Nice little curtsey. When we asked Josh why it was not full, he just said they don't do that. I understand if it is company policy, but sure something to think about going forward. Unfortunately I will have to share my experience with my friends so they come prepared should they decide to shop at Gosch. More
William, Armando, Ricardo and Fernando did an excellent job at getting me and my Wife the perfect car that we wanted. Armando and Ricardo helped get the car delivered efficiently and set the stage in terms of financing. Fernando was extremely patient and worked within our budget. He really helped us out to make sure we were comfortable with our monthly payment. We are extremely happy with our car. We will be coming back to this dealership in the future! More
