Great service and timely feedback on vehicle servicing. However, I never got an explanation about why my Eco-boost doesn’t work all the time. It was working fine when I brought the truck for my oil change and I was told that it was working fine and the battery was good but now the Eco-boost doesn’t work at all. Is this a battery charge level issue??? I don’t drive the truck very far every day. Could that be the reason??? More

Shannon at the service desk that are very good job and scheduled everything for me and gave me updates when parts would be in and when the service would be completed.
