The service department is very efficient. When I arrived the curbside attendant checked me in and lined my truck with protective plastic and showed me to the service specialist. Shortly after having a full service which included the transmission fluid on my 2019 F150 I was driving on the freeway and the “wrench” warning light came on the dash, the transmission suddenly downshifte transmission fluid on my 2019 F150 I was driving on the freeway and the “wrench” warning light came on the dash, the transmission suddenly downshifted and I was stranded. The truck is now at another Ford dealer, due to where I was when the truck broke down, and I am awaiting word on the full scope of the problem. I am guessing this has something to do with the service I had just received as the truck was driving fine prior to it. More
